He was arrested by the operatives of the DSS who were also involved in the search by t

he Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai.

Confirming the development in a press statement, the spokesman of the nation’s army, quite       .        Sani Kukasheka Usman, said the arrested suspect had been placed under investigation with the hope of getting useful information that may lead to the arrest of others.

He said credit must be given to the DSS for demonstrating the desired synergy advocated by the COAS in the ongoing counter insurgency tagged ‘Operation Lafiya Dole.’

“With the release of the poster containing photographs of 100 suspected Boko Haram terrorists, security agencies and the public have intensified search for them,” said Colonel Usman.

“The renewed zeal has been yielding the desired result as the Borno State Command of the Department of State Services (DSS) has this morning arrested another suspected high profile Boko Haram terrorist, Danladi Abdullahi at Moduganari area of Maiduguri metropolis.
