The corpses of soldiers and policemen that got killed on Friday night in Damboa village of Borno state during an attack on military facilities by Boko-Haram, were found dumped in the corridor of an overstretched morgue 48 hours after the incident.

A hospital worker at the Specialist Hospital Maiduguri said only the senior military officer and few others that found a space in the refrigerator,  "but we have no option than to keep the rest outside because the refrigerators are full".

There are three hospitals in the city of Maiduguri aside a University Teaching hospital. Yet the morgues ate not enough to contain the increasing number of human corpses being killed everyday.
Boko Haram terrorists had on Friday attacked Damboa military and police facilities where they succeeded in killing 12 soldiers including the Battalion Commander Lt Colonel Abubakar. Four policemen including the Divisional Police Officer were also killed.
The Director of Defence Information,  Major General Chris Olukolade,  had said in a statement that soldiers were able to shoot dead 52 insurgents,  who corpses were carted away by their colleagues.
